only 1 km to bikini beach. we enjoyed the fact that we chose holiday lodge. bonus was free wi fi.

Okay prices, no complains at all. Location was within 10 min walking distance to water sports beach. Perfect for trip.

There's a very cosy and calm atmosphere at Holiday Lodge. The staff is just so lovely and will help you with whatever you need. Nice and clean rooms. Delicious food - do have the Maldivian breakfast "Mashuni", it's yummi. Super nice big hammock between the palm threes, I like a lot. And just before I left I got a unique 'thank you for staying with us' gift. In all a really comfortable stay with a high service level - the staff made my stay very special. My absolutely best recommendations!

the location was really nice and quiet...my room was really clean, that is uncommon in asia. the staff is excellent, they really try to entertain you as much as possible and they're always smiling and friendly :) in the island you can do a great snorkeling, but taking a boat you can really have an unique view of the coral reef, like the moving sand bank, a few minutes from maafushi. if i ever come back to maldives i'd definitely stay over there...thank you guys for everything, and hopefully looking forward to cooking for you an unique tiramisu' :)

the staff are very accommodating and display good hospitality. they make you feel like home and are always there. the staff also have very good knowledge on the island and the country.

room have no television. internet connection always disconnecting when in the room, however at the reception area and common area it is very strong.

Extremely nice, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. All staf is very friendly and helpful and make you feel special and comfortable at every moment you spend there. Rooms are new and clean. Free internet coverage. Highly recommended! :)

As there is no private agent in Maafushi island to realise some excursions to close islands ; you nearly have to join one of them only made by the hotel that you stay and prices are various also quite high for even same islands . In this case , as some of my friends tried , seems better to have daily trip to Gulhi island by public ferries as an alternative cheaper island tour.

The staffs were so friendly and helpful, all inquiries were responded immediately. The breakfast and dinner are tasty and great value for money. Anyone planning to go to maldives... The holiday lodge would be a great recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about the Holiday Lodge. From the second I was picked up at the ferry, I could tell it as going to be a great trip. Ibrahim, Hassan, Ifa and the rest of the staff did everything in their power to make my stay memorable. It was like staying with family. The rooms are nice sized, very clean and they provide you with a towel, soap etc. There is a great "courtyard" where you can sit or relax in the hammock. You might even get Hassan to play the guitar and sing you a song ;) The hotel offers tons of excursions to nearby resorts ( I HIGHLY recommend Anantara Resort and Spa for a day trip), snorkeling (shark point is amazing), diving, etc. The food is good and you can do day or night fishing and catch your dinner. I have made some wonderful friends at the Holiday Lodge and will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire Holiday Lodge staff for your hospitality and good times.

Very nice staff, clean and very good value for the money you pay.

People are putting great effort to make your stay enjoyable. The sea and the beaches in the surrounding islands are heavenly. The Lodge gives you enough alternatives to cover at least 3 days, which makes it ideal for layovers. Jailam and Ibrahim were great at every step of our stay.

Every move you make, you need to pay, which comes with taking a holiday in Maldives.

1. Room dark, could not see through windows rm 101 right next to office & dining room. 2. Flies in dining room no one was worried to cover food at breakfast. 3. Did not meet me at airport although phoned before to check that booking was confirmed. Lodge did not seem to have my booking as said they were expecting 2 people and that the sales in Male had the booking but they did not. 4. Many people seem to be managing the lodge but no one seemed to know much. 5.Not close to the swimming or sun bathing beach.

Staff, Punctuality, Friendliness, Surrounding, Additional services like painting t-shirts, send-off gifts, local music etc..

Food could have been better. More sight seeing options or planner to be done by the hotel.

Good service, nice atmosphere.

There was a foosball machine behind our room and it was very noisy.
